Our People

Our people are central to everything we do – the dedicated and passionate care professionals who combine to create unique and inspirational environments for every person in our schemes. Their commitment and ability to genuinely connect with each person allows us to achieve long-lasting outcomes and fulfil the ambitions of our residents.

Most importantly though, we go the extra mile for all of our residents to ensure that their time in our schemes gives them the foundations and ambitions to achieve in their futures and create their own story of success.

Don't just take our word for it

“”

I joined Quays Housing knowing I would love my role offering support to those who were in need. I didn’t expect to feel so supported myself, I have been given opportunities not only to widen my knowledge but to gain new responsibilities and work my way up within the organisation. I feel fully supported by management and within the team

I’m very happy to be able to be part of a team dedicated to helping people, left behind, back into the society and make their transition journey better experience. I am privileged to, and enjoy, working with a supervisor who equips and allows me the independence to perform my job to the best of my abilities, providing the necessary constructive criticism and feedback needed for my improvement as well as the organisation.

I’m supported in my role and believe I can achieve great things with the clients in terms of supporting them with their needs and moving them on into the community.
