Richard Woolfall

Richard is Chartered Surveyor and has over 25 years’ experience of having operated across local government and housing associations specialising in the areas of Asset Management, Building Safety, Repairs and Development.

He is currently the Executive Director of Property at Nugent, where he is responsible for all property management and development services. Richard is also a Non-Executive Director at Ashton Pioneer Homes and formerly served as a NED at Prima Housing Group.
