Quays Housing is a Charitable Community Benefit Society providing high quality housing management and support services with the aim of reducing and preventing homelessness in the UK.

We work proactively

to reduce homelessness advocating for the right of every person to live in a secure and safe environment.

We provide the highest standard

of accommodation and support within all our services, wrapping our support around the individual.

We actively participate

at a local, regional and national level in the identification of needs and the co-production on services.

is what we do.

We provide high quality homes to those in housing need and create a pathway to support services so people can thrive within the community. All of our activities focus on supporting vulnerable individuals in need of accommodation and are undertaken to further our charitable purpose for public benefit.

Since inception we have supported over 800 tenants working across 15 Local Authorities to target where there is a high priority need to tackle homelessness.

Our team offer housing, support needs and most importantly kindness. We have an excellent bespoke training program and take health and safety extremely seriously. We are dedicated to addressing the immediate challenges people face, but beyond emergency provision of a hostel or shelter.
