Out of hours emergency repair

Monday – Thursday: 5pm – 11pm, Friday: 5pm – 11pm, Saturday: 8:30m – 11pm,  Sunday: 8:30m – 11pm.

Emergency Repair – 4 Hours
Urgent Repair – 24 Hours
Priority Repair – 7 Days
Planned – 28 Days

 

What is an emergency?

  • If required to avoid a danger to health, risk to the safety of the Occupants and staff or serious damage to buildings
  • Serious flooding/leak
  • Burst pipes
  • No cold water
  • No hot water
  • No heating/power Blocked toilets
  • Broken toilets where there is only one in a Property
  • Work to prevent a danger to health and safety
  • Temporary repairs to make good either storm or fire damage
  • Repairs to door locks where there is only one entrance into the tenancy
  • Making property secure

Voids

Unless otherwise specified in the SLC or at schemes where there are on-site cleaners/maintenance– providers should ensure rooms are cleared immediately of personal possessions (no cleaning or works will be arranged until tenant belongings are removed), a visual inspection should take place and the void room details should then be emailed to repairs@quayshousing.org.uk.co.uk immediately including required works e.g. cleaning only, decoration needed, repairs needed, basic turnaround target is maximum three working days.
