Project 1 = 28 self-contained flats and 1 staff office
Project 2 = 16 self-contained flats and one staff office
Project 3 = 12 units
Number of Staff includes 5 members of staff this includes 4 x Housing Support Workers and 1 x Housing Support Team Lead.
Service Details:
We prove care and support for people who are either homeless or at threat of homelessness. We offer practical and emotional support for our clients to become tenancy ready and able to live independently in the community. This may include support to maximising income, and or re-engaging with services in the area such as CGL/Unity to address substance misuse and cooperating with probation/courts and social workers. We actively encourage our clients to volunteer and explore education to help them develop life skills and rebuild their lives in a sustainable way. Where possible we seek to create social experiences for our clients such as art workshops
