Nicole Salczynski

Nicole began working within housing after the birth of her daughter, she quickly developed a deep sense of purpose from working with people who might need support, direction and guidance.

She is an integral part of the senior management team and passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives.

Her professional accomplishments include working frontline for Salford Council during the COVID pandemic, supporting clients who were experiencing deterring mental health issues and within the Quays Bradford project following the impact of COVID and a period of challenging behaviours to stablise our outcomes.

Nicole highlights listening as the number tool to drive impact across the sector and help to balance the teams of the team, business, residents and the wider community.  She is dedicated to facilitating tenants to reach their full potential.
