As we wrap up 2024, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the milestones and achievements that have made this year truly remarkable for Quays Housing. Here’s a look back at some of our proudest moments:
January
· Launched a Training Programme in partnership with iHasco, focusing on additional training in First Aid and Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) training.
· Strengthened our commitment to Health & Safety by forming a dedicated committee with input from an external advisor @northwestmangementsolutions and Quays senior leadership.

February
· Welcomed a new team member to our West Yorkshire scheme.
·
March
· Celebrated the return of our Operations Manager from maternity leave. She’s hit the ground running, coordinating efforts across all schemes. 
April & May
· Welcomed two new Team Managers to our Brighton schemes,and a home based Housing Benefit Manager all of whom are already making a significant impact. 
· Collaborated with a retrofit coordinator and installer to deliver the government’s Eco4 energy efficiency scheme at our Bradford and Halton schemes, driving sustainability and efficiency.

June
· Welcomed a new team manager in Brighton as a Support Mentor.
· Made significant progress with the Supported Housing Improvement Programme (SHIP) by completing a self-assessment aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving outcomes for tenants.
July
· Announced a pay increase for staff, demonstrating our commitment to supporting the team. 
· Celebrated several well-deserved promotions across the company, aligning with our focus on promoting in-house talent. 
August/September
· Welcomed a new team member to our Brighton scheme as a Senior Support Mentor .
· Held our first-ever TeamQuays Away Days, fostering team spirit and strengthening connections. 
November
· Added another talented team member in Brighton supporting as an operative keeping maintenance across schemes in the area.
· Achieved an all-time low in Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) KPIs, earning recognition from our Local Authority partners.
· Introduced flu jabs to support staff health and wellbeing. 
December
· Appointed our new Chair, Dave Pickard.
· Launched the Values in Action Awards, recognising outstanding contributions across the team.
